1 Right of withdrawal
1.1 How long do I have the right of withdrawal?

You have 7 days of right of withdrawal. Normally, there is no mandatory right of withdrawal for fresh products. We nevertheless have a shortened right of withdrawal. This allows you to see the product in real life before you definitively accept the purchase.

1.2 From when does the right of withdrawal commence?

The first day starts on the day the package is delivered. You then have 6 days to return the package if necessary.

1.3 I would like to return my package, how does that work?

Send an email to [email protected] and let us know that you want to return your order and for what reason. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Do you not need a solution and do you want to return your Mandevilla immediately?
Click on 'Shipping & returns' at the bottom of the main page under the heading customer service and follow the instructions.

1.4 What does returning the package cost?

The return costs are not reimbursed by us, they will be deducted from the purchase price.

After the package has arrived, we will refund this amount to your account within 7 days.

Look for the current rates on the website of your carrier of choice.

3 Complaints procedure
3.1 How does your complaints procedure work?

It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
